Lucien & Co. brings the experienced business partner/CFO to the early stage company.  Particularly in situations where it may be too early to bring on a full-time CFO, we provide powerful business, finance and accounting expertise in a quick and cost effective manner. • Engage with management team members to understand and synthesize the business model

• Draft business plans, presentation material and financial models

• Produce forward looking and GAAP-based historical financial statements

• Assist with fundraising

• Attend investor meetings with team members

• Attend all board meetings

• Develop tailored, financially and operationally oriented dashboards (KPIs, KBIs) for measuring and managing the business

• Institute appropriate procedures to streamline administrative and IT processes and the timely production of financial information, both forward looking and historical

• Participate with the management team to solve complex business problems in all areas of the business

• For the later stage company -
• Institute and document testable internal controls in preparation for initial public offerings or ongoing evaluations under Sarbanes Oxley, Rule 404
• Assist companies in growth or transition with deal structure, purchase accounting, consolidations, pro-forma financial statements, reporting and post combination business integration
